Rust Remover
Description:
Concentrated product, low-foam, specially formulated to remove heavy contamination from rust and
light oils, besides having the function of preparing metal surfaces for subsequent painting.
Properties:
- Quick action on contaminated surface, accelerating the removal of iron oxides and peel lamination.
- Forms a thin protective film.
- Product easy to use, requiring no special equipment.
Application:
The LQS 500 can be used pure or diluted, depending on the degree of contamination in parts.
Dilutions can range from 10% to 50% in water. Treatment time can also vary between 1 to 10 minutes depending on the degree of contamination to be removed.
Manual System:
- Remove solid impurities by using a rag or cloth;
- Apply LQS 500 and allow to react as long as required;
- Apply neutralizing MV Aqua 350 concentrate;
- To further treatment like painting, there is no need for removal of products applied.
Immersion System:
- The LQS 500 works in various weather conditions and temperatures, so the need for previous experience.
